If you’re familiar with the Axie Infinity game, you should definitely know how important the Axie Origin Runes and Charms are. Most players tend to question how to get Axie Origin runes and charms to help them improve on their battles in the game and in this article, I would be explaining how to craft runes and charms, and the right recipe to use.
Getting Axie Origin Runes and Charms requires crafting and there are certain recipes to use to get a rare or epic Rune when crafting. While reading this, also have it in mind that some unique Runes cannot be crafted; instead, they can only be obtained through game modes and special events. So without further ado, let’s dive in.
What are Axie Origin Runes?
Runes are in-game items that you can use with your Axies to enhance or give them new powers and abilities. When needed, runes are automatically activated during battle. They are obtained through crafting, and you can only use one Rune per Axie.
To install a Rune on an Axie, ensure that the Rune belongs to the same class as the Axie, as Runes and Axies must be of the same class; a Plant Rune can only be installed on a Plant Axie. Some unique Runes cannot be crafted; instead, they can only be obtained through game modes and special events.
What are Axie Origin Charms?
Charms are in-game items that give your Axie playing cards unique abilities or improve them. One of the most useful applications of Charms is that they can reduce the power value of an Axie Card. Charms can also be used to boost basic stats such as HP or DMG. On each Axie Card, only one Allure can be saved.
Charms are classified into two types Class Charms and Impartial Charms;
Class Charms: You can only apply a Class Allure to a capability if both of them belong to the same class.
Impartial Charms: Unlike Class Charms, you can apply an Impartial Allure to any skill.
How to Get Axie Origin Runes and Charms
The best way to get Axie Origin Runes and Charms is by crafting…
Crafting
Players in Axie Infinity: Origins will be able to craft runes and charms. Axies can be equipped with runes and charms to improve their abilities and make them more powerful in battle.
Basics of Crafting
Crafting is a feature that allows you to convert in-game items into axie origin runes and charms. Moon Shard and SLP are the primary crafting materials.
Runes and charms made entirely of Moon Shard will be Sealed and cannot be imported or traded with other players. All Sealed runes and charms will be neutral, allowing players to use them on any Axie, regardless of class.
Moon Shard and SLP runes and charms will be ERC-1155 tokens (or Ronin runes and charms) that can be traded in the marketplace. Using this method, players will be able to create both neutral and class-specific runes and charms.
When crafting with SLP and Moon Shard, the chance of crafting common runes and charms is nil.
Crafted items are completely random, and it is important to note that runes are much rarer than charms and may require a significant amount of crafting to obtain.

Players can earn Moon Dust (Basic), Moon Dust (Epic), Moon Dust (Mystic), and Moonstones by ranking and leveling up. These items can be combined with crafting ingredients to increase your chances of creating Epic, Rare, and Mystic runes and charms. The calculations for the effects of adding these items to your crafting ingredients are provided below:
– Moon Dust (Standard): -5% Rare, +5% Epic
– Moon Dust (Epic): -10% Rare, +7.5% Epic, and 2.5% Mystic

Disenchantment
Players will be able to disenchant both active and inactive runes and charms, though doing so will reduce the number of crafting materials received. Disenchanting active runes and charms always give the player more materials than disenchanting inactive runes and charms.
